Dunham Express delivery company will soon begin its first ever direct delivery service to the city of Toronto, delivering a number of popular items to the downtown core.
DUNHAM Express delivered over 500 packages over two days to a local business in downtown Toronto, which included a package of ice cream, a new pair of shoes and a couple of other items.
“We are very excited to deliver these products to the people of Toronto and to the many neighbourhoods that are so dependent on our service,” said Jim Dunham, CEO of DunhamExpress.
The Dunham company also recently opened a second Toronto location in Brampton, which will also serve as the delivery hub for Dunham.
A customer at a store in the area of Yorkville, Ont., said the Dunham express delivered a box of cereal to her in Bramwell just after 1 a.m. on Thursday.
This is the second delivery Dunham has delivered to Toronto.
In June, Dunham delivered about 200 packages to the Toronto Eaton Centre.
The company says its delivery schedule will change during the week as it prepares to expand the service to Toronto, Brampton and Ottawa.
It will be the first delivery service of its kind to the GTA and will be a welcome addition to the growing number of suburban grocery stores and grocery delivery services.
DunhamExpress is one of the largest parcel delivery companies in Canada.
